Service Description

These one-on-one sessions are designed specifically for professional players and their sport or anyone that would like some private training sessions with The Speed Man. Workouts are designed for one to two athletes per session. We typically meet four times to make the most progress toward achieving your personal goals and objectives. Before the first session, we’ll have a short 15-minute conversation to: - Learn your wants and needs - Hear about any specific feedback from coaches and trainers - Discuss any injuries or health conditions to be accommodated - Answer any questions you may have about me or SAQ Based on your personal information and the sport, I’ll design your customized SAQ program for the next four sessions based on the capabilities detailed in The Speed Man SAQ+ Fix. After purchasing a session, call the Speed Man to schedule the time and location. Times and locations are at your convenience and preferred location. Available times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. | Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule class bookings, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance to not be charged for the session. All course sessions are paid in advance and no refunds will be made for unattended workouts.
