Hi! I’m Billy Brent, better known as “The Speed Man,” for helping hundreds of amateur and professional players make tremendous strides in their athletic performance. I’m a U.S. certified speed, agility, and quickness – SAQ – trainer.
That means I’ll coach you to succeed by improving your neuro-muscular system efficiency and effectiveness.
Unlike traditional sports training, The Speed Man SAQ training program bridges the gap between raw strength and explosive movement to produce enhanced execution that stands out in a crowd. Each SAQ session builds on the conditioning base established in prior training.

To accelerate the initial bio-mechanical response of your body and mind to the game stimulus, so you act as pure reflex that is “faster than the speed of human thought,” I’ll target:
